LIT Life: New Episode Holy, Holy Holy

Written by on November 8, 2022

There are times when our conversations around the
holiness of God make it seem as if holiness is a part or
piece of God. That God moves in between attributes when
deciding how to be. That one day, He chooses to be loving.
Another day, He chooses to be vengeful. That if God were a
sweet potato pie, holiness is one slice of it that’s set aside
from the others. On one plate is holiness; on another plate
is love. However, holiness is not an aspect of God; holy is
who He is through and through.

“How would trusting God more transform your walk as a Christian (Perry, 2021)?”That is a GOOD question! Why don’t we trust Him more? (Speaking for myself). Why don’t I trust Him more? He is God! The one who not only knows the outcome, but wrote it in a book before I was even formed in my mother’s womb! I could go on and on: He is not a man that He should lie; His thoughts for us are for good and not for evil; etc.! But I won’t. What I will do is continue to tune in and possibly even get the book. 😁 Love you ladies!
