*Hey my names Angie Rose! If you’re new here I’d like to thank you for lending me your ear. If you’ve been here for a while then you know that I affectionately refer to my listeners as “La familia”; because I truly believe one blood saved our souls. Jesus the Christ! Let me tell you my story; one day I went from feeling like I was on top of the world, the next I felt like I was fighting through Hell on Earth… BUT HEAVEN FOUND ME! During a time where most people celebrated, I laid on a hospital bed crying out to God while on suicide watch; and in the midst of extreme darkness Light found me and whispered “I love you”. And everything changed! He showed me how to fight. He showed me how to reject the enemies lies with His word and speak truth. For those that maybe shocked by the sound I need you to know that I Love God but I also love Hiphop; the artists and the listener alike. And inspired by an amazing example of faith in the Bible named Paul “I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me”. God doesn’t ask us to be perfect He asks us to be His. He said very clearly “I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” I just wanna be his echo over dope sounds! Family, I want you to know you are in my heart and in my prayers I always ask God to bless and be with la familia, I may not know your name but he knows the number of the hairs on your head. If you want to accept Jesus into you heart today just know it can’t be as simple as saying “Jesus I receive you, I believe you, make my heart your home and show me who I am in you!” He sent us his Holy Spirit, don’t be afraid to say hello, even now He is there, a faithful friend, a gentle counselor an ever-present provider!
