If Satan was real, and walking down the street, would he be arrested on the spot?

No, In fact, I think quite the opposite would happen.

When people think of the devil, they usually think of this –

Horrifying right? But in reality, he probably looks a lot different –

Satan is a deceiver. If he somehow “materialized” into an actual physical form he would not arrive looking like that. (Photo above) Instead, he would come as a physically attractive and intelligent being, and people would most likely admire him, and perhaps even idolize him. Even Christians may admire him thinking that he is an angel of the Lord-

2 Corinthians 11 (ESV) – And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as

an angel of light.

In short, the devil would not be recognized as the devil, but instead, deceive people into worshiping him. But I should note that the devil can, and already has achieved this many times without having a physical form that we can see. Which is why we must do as Ephesians 6:11 says –

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
